Appointments
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Patients who fail to show for an appointment or fail to contact Best Care Family Health Center 24 hours in advance in order to cancel or reschedule, will be charged a fee of $30.00 for the missed appointment. Furthermore, late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered as a missed appointment, because this is a time frame allotted to the patient. These charges will be directly to the patient and not to the insurance provider. Thank you.
Insurance and Billing
Please call or e-mail us for information specific to your insurance company and plan. We will be happy to verify your insurance before your appointment.
Payment Options
We accept most health insurance plans, as well as cash and credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We would be happy to file your insurance claim for reimbursement on your behalf.
